“If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. My boyfriend and I were first time home buyers and she was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process (and we had a lot of questions that she happily answered even if they weren’t in her job description). She is very knowledgeable in the various house make/models and knows what to look for. She’s very honest and not afraid to tell you what is wrong with a house because she wants to find you THE house not just sell you A house. She is also extremely responsive, I swear she was answering my texts/emails before I even hit send. “Jeff was recommended to us by a friend and I would not hesitate to do the same to others. As a first time home buyer, I was generally wary of the process, but as things developed, I felt comfortable with Jeff. He was patient and calm throughout (as the “nervous type” it definitely was a helpful balance for me) and he’s clearly knowledgeable/experienced as evident by the fact that he was able to predict how things would “play out” quite accurately before we even began the process. I would also note that Jeff & team have also been very considerate even after securing the deal with the “little things” like securing extra information/having the previous owners pay for a contract to make the AC would be functioning in the spring (winter closing) and follow-ups to make sure everything was ok.”
